Meet Madison. She is an honors graduate from West Virginia State University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Madison worked for two years in the substance abuse field, something she is still very passionate about. She also has a background in retail and loss prevention. Madison became a stay- at-home mother in August of 2021, and began working at Ellis Insurance in October of 2022. Madison’s prior experience caring for her clients as a counselor gave her the skills necessary to effectively communicate and empathize with those around her.  When she is not in the office, she is spending quality time seeking new adventures with her husband, son, and French bulldog.
